What we store

Your email address, the estate details you enter (names, dates, assets, debts, organisations and beneficiaries), and the documents you upload. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don't receive or store card details.

Why

To provide the service you've paid for (contract), and to keep records we must keep by law, such as payment records (legal obligation).

Other people's information

Estate records include information about the person who has died and about beneficiaries. Only you can see it. We don't share it or use it for marketing.

Where it is kept

How long

Until you delete the estate or your account. Deletion removes the estate data and uploaded documents straight away. [Backup retention period.]
